David Ratchford, a nationally recognized consultant to the senior living industry was persuaded out of retirement to continue inspiring Life Plan Community leaders and boards with his passion and expertise in strategic visioning and project development success.

For 40 years, David served as President of Spectrum Consultants, Inc., which he founded in 1978. David sold Spectrum to three of the associates in 2018. In January 2020, David created WellPointe Advisors LLC to help organizations, particularly in the senior living industry, adopt a holistic wellness approach to every aspect of their products, services and mission.

As a specialized advisory services firm, WellPointe works with senior living organizations and non-profit organizations in board development, strategic visioning, product and service-line development, marketing, brand and sales audits and consulting, project planning and oversight of project implementation.
